Pak Hung is a postdoctoral associate at the Cook Center, where his research primarily revolves around addressing global challenges related to development, education, environmental, and health economics. Pak Hung pursued his Ph.D. in Social Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), M.S. at the National Taiwan University, and BSSc in Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Prior to joining the Cook Center, Pak Hung served as a postgraduate fellow at the Yale School of Public Health
