Meet Dr. Fafanyo Asiseh, an Associate Professor of Economics at North Carolina A&T State University since 2013. Her research focuses on health economics, development economics, and economics of gender, and has been published in journals like the American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy and Journal of Black Political Economy. Dr. Asiseh has also presented her work at various conferences. She is a passionate advocate for women in economics and pipeline issues, as well as for families and children with special needs. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and kids in her free time.
