The Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Sustainability Initiative (JEDSI) at the Yale School of the Environment (YSE) has just launched a new journal! JEDSI is a research and teaching lab, national diversity initiative, data repository, and movement-building catalyst based at YSE. Our research, teaching, and publications focus on environmental history, environmental justice, environmental attitudes and behaviors, institutional diversity, food insecurity and food access, green infrastructure, and disparities in environmental grantmaking.
The JEDSI Journal’s first volume showcases a diverse array of groundbreaking accomplishments within the JEDSI community. Each entry represents a significant step toward our shared mission of fostering justice, equity, diversity, and sustainability within the environmental field.
